一早起來，大家應該可以明顯感覺到涼意。大陸冷氣團發威，由於氣溫低加上水氣充足，昨晚11點多，海拔2000公尺的宜蘭太平山下起入冬以來第一道雪花，整片山頭看過去，一片朦朧非常夢幻，這也讓專程上山的民眾都相當興奮。汽車引擎蓋上覆蓋著一層薄雪，雲霧環繞山林間，就像夢境一般雪白迷濛，入冬第二波寒流來襲，宜蘭太平山在入夜後，溫度降至零度以下，開始飄雪！可遇不可求的機運，讓特地前往等雪的民眾都相當開心。這場初雪下到凌晨三點左右，積雪約有三公分高，路面結晶厚，容易打滑，提醒民眾要小心行車安全，另外，北部晚上低溫恐下探10度，越晚越冷，若是要上山賞雪，記得做好保暖工作。
