新頭殼newtalk2013.12.27 柯昱安/綜合報導日本首相安倍晉三26日突然參拜靖國神社，成為自2006年以來，首位於執政期間參拜靖國神社的首相，引發中、韓等國強烈不滿。據《共同社》今（27）日報導，美國政府先前已透過外交途徑，要求安倍保持克制，未料安倍仍不顧美國態度進行參拜，美方對此表示「失望」。安倍晉三於26日上午參拜靖國神社，立刻招致中韓兩國的憤怒反應，也加深三國間因領土與防空識別區問題而升高的緊張情勢。根據日媒《共同社》報導，白宮方面曾以「招致中韓兩國強烈反對，成為重大國際問題」為由，要求安倍晉三克制參拜靖國神社，但安倍仍選擇參拜。報導稱，由於安倍晉三不顧美國態度進行參拜，令美國方面感到震驚，美國駐日大使館在對安倍參拜靖國神社的聲明中，也未使用「遺憾」一詞，而是以較嚴厲的「失望」一詞表達憤怒之意。《華爾街日報》（WSJ）評論也指出，安倍晉三參拜靖國神社意在維持保守派的支持，且已捨棄與鄰國改善關係的想法，透過緊張局勢，讓修憲等右派政治主張合理化，但此舉也將導致日本外交面臨重大壓力，甚至打擊日美關係。此外，歐盟外交和安全政策高級代表發言人艾希頓，也對於安倍參拜靖國神社一事發表聲明，他指出，此舉無益於緩和地區緊張局勢，以及改善中韓兩國的關係。他也向中日韓三國呼籲，望能維護地區的長期穩定。（圖片來源：達志影像/路透社資料照片）
